PAYMENT POLICY ON EXTRAS:

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE EVENT. DAY OF EVENT ORDERS WILL BE DOUBLE THE RATES ABOVE. ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT FURNISHED REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF THE HILTON ANATOLE, TEXAS HAIR SHOW, GEMS, OR ITS ASSIGNED AGENT. ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND DISCONNECTS MUST BE MADE BY HILTON ANATOLE STAFF OR AN ASSIGNED AGENT. RATES INCLUDE BRINGING CIRCUITS TO THE REAR OF THE EXHIBIT BOOTH ONLY. SHOULD IT BE NECESSARY TO RUN LINES INTO THE BOOTH, HOOK UP MOTORS OF PANELS,

INSTALL SPECIAL ILLUMINATION DEVICES, AND/ OR REMOVAL OF SAME AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHOW, A LABOR ORDER MUST BE PLACED WITH THE SALES OFFICE. SUCH WORK WILL BE CHARGED ON A TIME AND MATERIAL BASIS. WORKMEN ARE NOT PERMITTED TO TAKE ORDERS FOR SERVICE OR OUTLETS. NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE UNLESS REPORTED AT THE SALES OFFICE PRIOR TO THE SHOW. THE THE EXHIBITOR MUST CONFIRM THIS ORDER WITH THE SALES OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SHOW AND ARRANGE FOR HOOK-UP SERVICE AT THAT TIME.

 

WAIVER:

ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS, STAGING, OR CARPET INSTALL IS MADE AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST AND FOR HIS/HER CONVENIENCE. THE USER OF SAID UTILITIES, STAGING, AND OR CARPET INSTALL AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS HILTON ANATOLE, TEXAS HAIR SHOW, GEMS, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (INDEMNITIES) FROM AGAINST ALL CLAIM, SHOW OR EVENT LOSSES, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, COSTS AND LIABILITIES, IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER, ON ACCOUNT OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURIES, PROPERTY OR ECONOMIC LOSSES OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM OR CAUSE BY THE USE OF INSTALLATION OF SUCH UTILITIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH INJURIES, DEATH, OR DAMAGES ARE CAUSED, OR ARE CLAIMED TO BE

CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF THE INDEMNITIES.

As detailed within the Exhibitor Package, balances are due before or on September 15, 2021. No exhibitor may display any products, equipment, or merchandise of any kind that is not included in the booth contract description. Failure to abide by this condition will result in immediate removal from the exhibit hall with all payments forfeited to show management. The directors may, without incurring any liability of any kind whatsoever, require an Exhibitor who violates any of the provisions of this contract or of its Conditions and Regulations, to remove forthwith together with his products, equipment and furnishings, from the show. Upon a breach of the contract by the Exhibitor, the management of the Show shall have the right to retain all fees and deposits previously paid as liquidated and not as a penalty.

REFUNDS:

Deposits can be refunded only in the event we are able to resale the booth by October 10, 2021; if we are unable to resale the booth the funds are not refundable. If the booth is resold your refund will be given back 10 days after the show is complete.

All exhibitors must name The Texas International Beauty & Wellness Expo  as an additional insured on its liability insurance policy/coverage for October 30 - 31, 2021 Exhibitors can not set up until the insurance rider is presented to the hair Expo

All exhibitors will only receive 5 bands included in their package. Any additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted price.
