This year we have incorporated more for the unlicensed and licensed attendee alike. There will be segments where the general public will be allowed to participate. There are some restrictions, and each individual will have a band to differentiate the non-professionals from the professionals. Both attendees will be able to enjoy the Pamper and Grooming Lounge.
