BEAUTY COMPETITION

1. Any BEAUTY creativity is allowed

2. Remember be creative. (Example: If it’s a wedding BEAUTY LOOK compliments the makeup with a wedding dress, along with the accessories.)

GLAMOUR COMPETITION

1. This is not a fantasy competition but, creativity is encouraged.

2. This competition is one that will make you use your better judgment; think outside the box with your GLAMOUR creativity. (Example: If it is a after 5 look Incorporate an after 5 gown)

FANTASY COMPETITION

1. Showcase your over the top Make-Up idea…let your imagination go wild!

2. Total Fantasy Make-Up Look (including Attire and Hair)

RULES:

1. One model for the BEAUTY and GALORE Competitions, because they are LIVE on stage competitions. No more than 2 models for the FANTASY Competition…Must pay $50 per ENTRY

2. No assistants will be permitted. The competitor must apply all make-up by him/herself.

3. 30 minutes is allotted for BEAUTY and GALORE application/FANTASY-PRE-DONE

4. Models must arrive with nothing but foundation make-up on prior to the start of the competition. Hair and wardrobe may be done in advance, but hair is worth up to five extra-credit points, so if it is done in advance, competitor will not qualify for the extra credit.

5. All competitors must supply their own make-up.

6. Nudity is not allowed. If you are not sure if your design will comply, contact the show management for approval.

7. Prosthetic appliances are not allowed.

Judging

Decisions made by Competition Judges are and will remain final.

1. Competitors will be judged on a scale of 1-10, one being the lowest score, ten being the highest.

2. Judging categories will be as follows: Reflection of Theme, Design, Application Technique, Use of Color and Overall Presentation. Hairstyling is worth up to five extra points.

3. Judging will be based on make-up. Hairstyling is worth up to five extra-credit points. Costumes will be judged.

4. First, Second, and Third Place will be awarded.
